Provide internships for universities students all over the country. We create opportunities for them in experiencing work life in advance, learn to integrate into society, and facilitate professional improvement.
We established“Family” groups in consist of cross-departmental and cross-age colleagues. Our goals is to enhance relations between co-workers, moreover promote cross-departmental collaboration and communication, inspire creativity, and improve Company cohesion and team spirit.
"Talents and morals" lies at the heart of TBMS' talent cultivation. "Talent" refers to the refinement of professional skills, and "Moral" represents the cultivation of one's mind and personality. TBMS invites professional external and internal lecturers to offer comprehensive functional training across the following categories: culture, management, quality and regulations promotion, general knowledge and professional sales, and language training, to provide the employees with comprehensive career training.
We believe that faced with changes in the external environment, constant learning and self-fulfillment are the prerequisites to improving competitiveness and business sustainability. Faced with the impact of COVID-19 between 2020 and 2021, physical courses were converted to video distance learning. The average training hours per person were maintained at 20-40 hours.
